About The Role As the Director of Business Development for Alloga Europe, you will be responsible for developing and selling 3PL, 3PL++ and Speciality services to pharma, consumer and other healthcare clients across Alloga Europe. This includes creating and implementing a consistent New Business Development approach across all the Alloga / 3PL businesses, including market analysis, market share by country, competitor analysis, and segmented business development pipelines by country. You will report to the SVP, Managing Director of Alloga Europe & ICS and work closely with the Alloga Europe BD teams as well as functional teams across Alliance Healthcare and the wider International Business Group (IBG).Key Responsibilities Key Deliverables Include You will design, implement and deliver an effective New Business Development strategy that reflects longer-term objectives and priorities for Alloga Europe. This includes working closely with country as well as central and commercial leaders.

Undertaking Market and Competitor Analysis

Developing a robust BD Pipeline, including segmentation, prioritisation, targeting and go-to-market plans

Creating a CRM solution for visibility/connectivity that aligns with the wider business
Critical to success will be supporting country teams to identify, quote and win new business opportunities and building robust relationships with pre-targeted healthcare clients to build a pipeline of new opportunities. In addition, you will represent Alliance Healthcare to major customers and work in a matrix structure to develop solutions to meet and exceed complex customer requirements. Key internal stakeholders include, but are not limited to, country BD teams, country managers and both functional and business unit leaders across the wider enterprise. About You We are seeking an experienced Business Development leader with a demonstrable track record of success in delivering new business development and implementing value-based propositions within the pharmaceutical logistics industry. Visionary and able to anticipate and create new business opportunities and translate them into business growth, you will be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative and the ability to manage a demanding workload in a pressurized, fast-paced and dynamic environment.In addition to advanced negotiation and presentation skills, you will exhibit strong interpersonal competences and cultural empathy, including the ability to create and leverage relationships and engage and influence senior stakeholders both centrally and at country level. In addition, you will be a stanch team player and well versed in cross functional and collaborative working but with the motivation and ability to work independently. In addition to English the ideal candidate will have proficiency in another European language.Alloga Europe is headquartered in the UK, and we are open to candidates from countries across Europe.
