We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our life sciences recruitment team and help expand our presence by bringing in new business.

At NonStop we’ve come a long way since the year 2000 with offices now spanning Europe and more than 200 highly-trained professional recruiters and business developers covering multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics.

It is for this life sciences market that we are looking for a business development specialist to help continue our growth trajectory. We are offering motivated individuals the chance to build a highly rewarding career, faster. Within a year you can expect on-target earnings to be in the range of €30,000 to €80,000. Within two years you can expect your earnings to be in the range of €60,000 to €120,000, and a promotion to management level!

The role

This is a phone-based, business development job, where you will contact leading companies in the life sciences industry and build lasting relationships
You will be targeted on, and rewarded for, the amount of business you bring into NonStop by taking hiring briefs from the clients you develop, and looking to fulfil them
Depending on the internal career path you choose, you could be working with sourcers to fill your client needs, or conducting the full 360 degree recruitment process yourself

Ability to relocate to Prague
Highly motivated, resilient and driven to succeed- Recruitment is a hard job and we need people who are driven to get through the hard times and go above and beyond
Strong communication skills Our role involves talking to up to 50-60 people per day and because of this, we need people who can communicate and enjoy speaking to people!
Ability to learn and willingness to learn- A University degree is helpful, but fundamentally, we need people who can learn and want to learn. Becoming an industry expert cannot happen if you can’t open your mind and retain information.
Fluency in English, we also have a strong preference for secondary language speakers who speak German, French or Dutch, Spanish, Italian, or any Nordic language.
