We are looking for someone who gives everything to help customers. Someone who can speak to customers nicely and put a smile on their face. This position includes various tasks and duties, so no two days are the same!Furthermore, the following things are expected of you:
- Enthusiastic and pro-active attitude with the ability to motivate others
- Hands-on mentality with a will to constantly improve yourself
- Native German speaker. Other European languages are a plus
In this role, you are the Customer Service officer working alongside your colleagues in the daily operation. You should be able to act fast and make decisions in the daily operation while improving overall team performance and harmony. Your tasks include:
- Processing orders in SAP
- Communicating with both customers and direct colleagues
- Proactive relationship management with customers throughout Europe
