We are looking for the person that is going to ensure our AI for Good community and partners are perfectly served through our Platform, it is intuitive and enticing to use, and it looks cohesive and of course beautiful Or in other words, product ownership, user experience, and user design of the FruitPunch Platform FruitPunch AI We are the global community that applies and teaches AI for Good. We help our partners and members to develop their talents in real-world SDG projects we call AI for Good Challenges and then find the perfect career or colleague through our talent-matching program. Vision We believe AI to be the most powerful technology to aid us in reaching the Sustainable Development Goals. To get there we need to educate AI engineers at scale with a practical and sustainable mindset. Executing real-world projects with a sustainable focus is the best way of learning practical skills while making a real impact as you go. We believe in a bottom-up approach where our members change organizations from within and make a large and mindful impact using AI. Culture We are a startup with a young team of driven and resourceful people. We are all working towards growing our organization in the pursuit of making a real positive impact on the world. We are flexible, self-reliant and take action on whatever needs to be done to reach this goal. We use a deliberate, rational, and mindful approach when it comes to our challenges and are always open to feedback or new ideas. Next to chasing our dreams, we make time to joke around, send memes and enjoy the occasional borrel at our office in Eindhoven 😉 Platform The FruitPunch platform is where we manage our Challenges and events for the community. Currently, people can create an account, fill out their profile, subscribe to our activities, and apply for jobs. We are working right now on expanding our career-building functionality and supporting our partners to find the best talent. Next up is developing our members’ heroes journey where they determine a career goal and we help them achieve this by recommending educational content and connecting them to our partners. Eventually, we want it to become the place where engineers come to hone their skills and find meaningful careers
